Portara Fresh Mediteranean - (Near Pearland, TX)

K Ali I went to this restaurant with high expectations and am telling you I wasn’t disappointed. I went there for dinner. Starting with the food, I ordered Takoyaki, Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice and Veggie Rolls. Takoyaki was amazing and I used the sauce that came with the fried rice and it was divine. The service was great as well and the server even put a heater next to me as Houston is under a cold spell these days. They even gave me a cheese cake FOC and it was surely amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and will definitely visit this restaurant again.

MATTHEW KIEFFER Stopped by here last night, and it was well worth it. The 747 (burger shown), was downright delicious! I had everything on it, I believe it was mustard, mayo, bacon, two patties, cheese & tomato. The other item is the loaded tots, and they did not disappoint. They have shredded cheese, buffalo sauce, boneless wings & jalapeños. I would definitely recommend, and will return.

Galaxie Solutions LLC We absolutely loved this place! We stayed here both on our way to visit family and the trip back home (a half way point for us)and was recommended to us by family. It is such a charming place. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It is and old building that has been very well remodeled while still keeping its old west charm. Love that they are dog friendly. Rooms were very, very clean. Beds were ultra comfortable and quality bedding. We had a king bed suite type room. Dinner which was delicious. The ground prime rib cheeseburger was the best burger Ive ever had and the fries were outstanding. Had an El Capitan Old Fashioned which was delicious. You will want to arrive early (we were there on a Saturday evening) because it was super busy. Service was a little slow but our server was super nice the food was so great that it didnt matter to us. Breakfast offers a decent variety but it is serve yourself. Lots of options; waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, cereal, breads, juices etc... Would definitely stay here again.

Jim Siterlet I got a burger and fries and they were excellent. I also got a side of mashed potatoes and brown gravy which was also very good. My only complaint about the burger was the paper thin slice of American cheese… you all should order bigger slices of cheese. My second complaint has to do with the family sitting in the corner with their child. Just because it’s a family restaurant, doesn’t mean that the dining room is a playground. A misbehaving child reflects poorly on a family and is beyond annoying. Leave your kids at home if they need to disrupt other people. It’s not cute.

S B My partner and I visited this place on a whim, not expecting to be blown away by EVERYTHING. The atmosphere, drinks, appetizers, entrees, and service were outstanding. We had the Speakeasy Margarita & the Great Escape drinks which were perfectly balanced cocktails. We had the Crab Fritters appetizer & shared the Steak Frites with Parmesan fries and added a side of the Mac & cheese. The food was DELICIOUS. We both couldn’t stop talking about how tender the steak was & how good the sides were. My partner never really eats Mac & cheese at all, but I was surprised to see that he finished the entire bowl of his at this place. Our server Miguel was fantastic! He gave us a description of what we were ordering as we ordered each item so we knew exactly what we were getting. We can’t say enough about how great he was from start to finish, this restaurant should definitely be grateful to have him as part of their team! All around, this place is just wonderful. We live in Jackson, MS, but we already are planning to make a few trips back here JUST for this restaurant! 100/10 stars!
