Jaime Calderon This place was chosen to celebrate my birthday, and I had very high expectations. I had been looking for a truly special place to spend the day with my family, and I was not disappointed at all. My wife made the reservation, and we were able to review the menu beforehand on the website. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Vegas, an exceptionally kind and attentive person. He shared with us the history of the building where the restaurant is located and made everything easy by patiently explaining the menu. From the very beginning, every interaction was simply outstanding. The food started arriving with calamari as an appetizer, along with delicious homemade bread and butter. The bread was unbelievably soft-unlike anything I had ever tasted, fluffy, warm, and absolutely delicious. When Vegas brought our main courses, everything was amazing. The ribeye I ordered was cooked exactly as I had imagined, perfect in every way. As we enjoyed our meal, more guests began to arrive, and it was wonderful to see that Vegas and his colleague (I sincerely apologize for not remembering her name) treated everyone with the same warmth and care. One thing that truly stood out to me was when Randy, the owner of the restaurant, personally came out to greet the guests, making sure everything was okay and that everyone was happy. That gesture says so much about the heart behind this place. Then came dessert time, and Vegas delighted us with three desserts: cheesecake, key lime pie, and ice cream with strawberries for my son. He took a small candle from the table, it was an electric candle, and playfully made it feel like a real one. They sang “Happy Birthday” to me, all orchestrated by this incredibly kind gentleman whom I had never met before, yet who gave me a beautiful and unexpected gift. When the check arrived, the desserts were not included, they were on the house, generously offered by him. If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy amazing food and spend a truly exceptional afternoon, I sincerely hope you visit Randy’s Steakhouse and experience this for yourself. I will definitely be returning with more family members to try the other delicious dishes and, of course, to say hello again to our friend Vegas. Thank you to the entire team at Randy’s Steakhouse for your outstanding service and the incredible quality of your food. You truly deserve a round of applause. A thousand, thousand thanks.

Kimberly Sober Took my friend Saturday night for her birthday! We had an amazing time. The singers on the patio were good. The service by Kaley was amazing! Pistachio crusted salmon was delicious. We also had lobster ravioli, a pizza have goddess and half Pistachio. With Italian sundae and tiramisu. Loved the tiramisu so much got a piece to go. Recommend 10/10. Only thing I would change is adding bread to the avacado appetizer.

The drinks, appetizer, meal, & service were impeccable! The pecans in the vegetable appetizer really set it off! It was a little more than I was expecting to pay, but so well worth it! Annette Solis Fantastic first visit! We came in for lunch around 1:00 PM—no wait, even with an OpenTable reservation. Rose, our server, was amazing, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming and family-friendly. Everything, even the restrooms, was spotless. The drinks are crafted beautifully, and the service is top‑tier. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making the night memorable. One of the best parts is the stunning view of the city. It adds that extra touch of magic, especially if you’re there for a special occasion. We went for New Year’s 2026, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The whole experience felt elevated, celebratory, and absolutely worth recommending. Ashton Bethke We are frequent visitors to Galveston and have never been to Willy G’s. Our first experience was absolutely amazing. We sat on the back patio and it was serene. The food was sooooo good. Great flavors, good portion sizes, and the wine list is great as well. Leaving the best for last our server JJ was out of this world! Best service we have had in a LONG time! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to talk to! He recommended some food to us and hit the nail on the head! He talked very highly of the other staff and the owner as well! We will definitely be going back next time we are down there!
