Lizzie T We had a great time here. We lounged at the "beach" drank our drinks and had some food when we got hungry. We had the combo plate, fish and shrimp and it was served hot and seasoned well. Is it expensive for what you get, of course but so is everywhere else. You come for the atmosphere and to relax and unwind. We enjoyed ourselves and came back and went boating. I do wish they were open labor day. It would have been a real money maker for those boating to dock at the marina, grab a bite and continue boating. But we will definitely be back when they are open.

Patrina This is a very popular restaurant and we can see why. My family and I had brunch here. The food was very delicious (even for my little ones). We were so excited to eat we forgot to take more pictures.. We really enjoyed ourselves. Ms. Toni was our waitress and she is really a sweetheart, down to earth and we appreciate her sharing her insight with us. She made the total experience feel like we were vip family members. Ms. Toni is the best! Youll see what I mean when you visit. Thank you for such an awesome experience.

Kris Ostrowski Grew up in Chicago… these guys know what they’re talking about. 23 years in the Air Force has taken me all around the world, and I can definitely say there aren’t too many places outside of the Chicagoland area that know what they’re talking about when it comes to proper Chicago foods like the Italian Beef or even a Chicago Hotdog. Imagine my skepticism when I was walking past the Sandwich Wagon and saw their sign offering an “Italian Beef”. I stopped in my tracks, literally. The very nice people (owners) indulged my question “What’s an Italian Beef Sandwich?” and they seemed to know what they’re taking about (learned they have Chicago roots, as well). Ordered the beef and after a few minutes sat down and gave it a try. It almost made my eyes tear… they nailed it! Good bun, proper flavor, perfect cheese type, perfect peppers, and even wet (but not soaked)! Can’t wait to go back and try a Chicago Dog. Don’t you dare ask for ketchup because these guys know the proper answer. Looking forward to going back to support this business. It’s the only place I know of in the area, aside from Portillo’s all the way in Dallas, to get the taste of home. Well done!

Mark Madden This Greek restaurant is an absolute gem in San Marcos! The food is fresh, flavorful, and delicious, with plenty of options that make you feel good about what you’re eating. The dining area is clean and welcoming, with an updated and modern atmosphere that makes the whole experience enjoyable. The employees are friendly, attentive, and clearly care about making sure every guest is taken care of. I specifically ordered the Spicy Chicken feast and finished up with the baklava cheesecake, both incredible. San Marcos has long needed a dining option like this, and this Greek restaurant fills that gap perfectly. It brings something fresh and exciting to the local food scene, offering a mix of authentic flavors and a modern, inviting environment. With its high-quality food, warm service, and clean, stylish setting, this restaurant isn’t just another place to eat—it’s a much-needed addition that truly elevates the food atmosphere in San Marcos.
