Tino J Oh my gosh, this place here! It has great food, wonderful service, and beautifully decorated on the inside. I really enjoy this place a lot. They take the time to know you and will remember what you like if you go enough times. So I wanted to pick up a burrito for my boss for his birthday and couldnt remember what he ordered. I asked the lady at the front and she remembered exactly what he ordered, down to the sauces as well. That made it all ready for me. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable, with good portions. I always think that a place with great customer service makes the whole experience better and this little restaurant has excellent customer service.

lora Mendiola Amazing!!! Must try. All food is so flavorful. Wonderful salad bar with lots of amazing salads. The hamburger steak is the bomb. Very filling and delicious. Prices are reasonable. I heard new hours will be open until 7 for dinner.

Jessica N Went here for my friend’s birthday and it was so quirky and elegant all at the same time. Food was good and service was good too. We ordered some cocktails for the birthday girl, chimichurri shrimp satay, the quinoa chaufa stir fry with salmon, snowbird salmon, and the lomo salteado-a Peruvian wagyu steak dish. Everything was so delicious. It’s a great spot for small or large groups. Bring a date or your friends to celebrate. Till then, let’s sip and eat!

Terri Graham My girlfriends and I go out to dinner on Wednesday nights. We decided to give Mi Gente a try and we were beyond pleased that we did. Miguel was our waiter....and he was awesome. We each ordered something different so we could try mulitiple dishes. WOW!!!!!! We loved every bite of every selection. Atmosphere was nice. Very open and very clean!!! We are going back next Wednesday. Give it a try! You will love it!!!

marie lewis Great food and service. We evacuated from Beryl to Pearsall. We were greeted by a very nice young man. I had the enchilada plate, my husband had the carñe guisada plate, and corn in a cup. All the food had excellent flavor. If were ever back, we will definitely be returning to Oak Street

Erica Jones I stopped by the newly opened El Jalisco Bar & Grill 5 here in Seguin for Taco Tuesday, and everything was amazing! I ordered the green enchiladas with charro beans and a top-shelf margarita, and all of it came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. They also brought out chips and salsa as an appetizer, and even those were delicious. My server, Ari (I hope I’m spelling that right!), was incredible — her attention to detail and customer service were truly top tier. She made the entire experience a vibe from start to finish. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all perfect. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
