Louise Borg Amazing and quick with excellent reasonable prices.. forget the big restaurants and go here!! My husband and I shared the Texas steak dip and cheesy hash browns.. The sandwich meat and onions were so tasty and juicy and the bun was so fresh!!. Not a lot of seating but worth going off the main tourist strip. Friendly nice employees

Courtney Irving This was definitely a different type of experience. You have to open your pallet in order to enjoy what is being presented hands down. Probably some of the best egg rolls Ive ever had. Its an interesting take on how as soon as the dishes are made they brought out they dont sit there so that you can experience the flavor of them being created.

Stephanie Perez I brought my daughter and my mother to Elsie last Saturday for brunch, and the experience was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious—I had the chicken and waffles, my mom had the Elsie sandwich, and my daughter had the pancakes with fruit. Everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. My coffee was excellent as well. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rocio. She was extremely welcoming and friendly. At one point, she even remembered my name and asked how I was enjoying my meal, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Her personal attention and warmth really stood out, showing outstanding hospitality and customer service. I also love that Elsie is a faith-based restaurant—it adds such a meaningful and uplifting touch to the experience. Greg Henry Waitress Nicole was right on with her suggestion and made our dinner amazing. Well the show stealer was the Carrot Habanero sauce! Fajitas and muscles with a cream sauce were great. I would eat here again for sure.

Courtney Irving This was definitely more about the experience than it was about the food. Absolutely lovely experience. I first time being in the tower while moving and eating the manager. One of the nicest managers at a restaurant that Ive ever met the food. How I do say was a little bit under season but I think thats due to the restrictions of other peoples diets. So that is something that is okay to forego but all in all of the experience.

Adrian and Gheorghina Surducan I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — every dish was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal. A huge shout-out to our server, Peyton, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Peyton was incredibly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. Their timing was perfect, and they made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a server who combines professionalism with such genuine friendliness — Peyton is a gem! I highly recommend this location. We will definitely be returning — and asking for Peyton again!

Bonus Mom Everything about Boudros on the riverwalk is outstanding. We came in for an early dinner and sat outside and people watched while we ate. The service is fantastic, servers are friendly and professional and are quick to give suggestions on the food. We had the fried oysters for an appetizer and hubby had shrimp and grits while I had the mesquite grilled Texas quail. Of course we shared and couldn’t decide which plate was better. We will definitely be back here on our next trip.

Sherman On Came in a Sunday morning very busy however able to get a seat for our 11 people group for outside pretty much immediately server was Abby parentheses I think) and she did great at accommodating us and checking in on us. Food came out fast and delicious from omelettes to waffles to pancakes, the bagels, the smoked salmon, bacon sausage everything tasted delicious. It’s about a $15-$25 entrée per person so not the cheapest experience however a great experience very inviting atmosphere. That definitely has that diner deli field of New York. Great foods large parking lot would highly recommend. Look forward to going back when I’m back in San Antonio.

Wes Watson Pretty great steak place for a chain. Visiting from oot so thought it would be good. Great location to boot!! Staff was on point and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful. Not the most expensive place on the river walk - but not cheap. Steaks were outstanding and the sirloin was delicious as was the ribeye. Probably one of the better sirloins I’ve tasted!! The Texas poppers - with shrimp were huge!! The pumpkin cheesecake was delicious!! Would def go again.

Just The food here was simply fantastic! The potato pancakes were flavorful and the apple sauce that came with them was not Motts lol it was legit fresh ground/grated apples. The pastrami Reuben was incredible and the dressing served with it put it over the top. Dont forget about a root beer! Service was fast and friendly, Ill be back! I highly recommend passing up all the tex-mex on the river walk and coming here!

Venessa Cruz Nicole made our dining experience absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Nicole greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was attentive without being intrusive, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated our evening. Brittany Stephens Stopped at Margaritaville San Antonio for a couple Cocktails. And as per usual, their margs never disappoint. I got the Jalapeño Business and my husband got the frozen rum runner. Both cold and delicious on a hot Texas afternoon. We got the key lime pie to share and it was good. Had better but it was definitely good for a sweet and sour sweet treat. Bar tender was quiet. Nice and professional but not much personable attention. We were the only customers at the bar too. So over all I’d give it 3.5/5 stars. Just because the cocktails were exactly what we were looking for.
