Corey Durham Great food, cool ambiance and an excellent happy hour menu. I had the Tidal+ Wagyu Burger and it had an outstanding flavor. It was extremely juicy. I had the Oysters of the Day, and they set the bar very high. The Seafood Chowder and Band Bang Shrimp were both great!!! Highly recommend. It is diagonally across from the Hyatt Regency in Seattle.

Jason H Our family of six had dinner for our daughters birthday recently. Krista was our server and she was absolutely fabulous! Our reservation was at 7:00 pm on a beautiful Friday night and it was very busy. She was incredibly attentive, professional and had us laughing throughout our dinner. Very refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about our experience and took the time to make us feel very special. The food was absolutely wonderful! From the appetizers, salads, dinner and desserts everything was spot on. 5 of us had steaks and they all were cooked to perfection. Definitely try the rhubarb slump, it was amazing! Our family has been coming here for decades and this is why we will always be back. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Krista who made our evening one to remember!

J We made reservations but the restaraunt was not that busy on a Saturday night at 7 pm. The food was very good and decent portions. Service was perfect. All of the staff were friendly, polite and professional. Recommendations from our server were spot on. I will eat here again next time Im in town.

Avant Lard Travel - by Houston Porter Simply amazing - the best restaurant in Port Townsend...and probably all of the Northwest. Weve now visit Finistère half a dozen times since they open and every visit has been wonderful from beginning to end. The food is phenomenal (on par with some of the Michelin star restaurants weve visited), the ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, and the staff/owners are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Ever since our first visit nearly a decade ago, our first stop/reservation when visiting Port Townsend is at Finistère.

Dayann Grammes Love coming here. Food is always delicious. Service is impeccable and the view!? The. Best. Came to celebrate my MIL buying a house in Liberty Lake and it was just perfect. We tried the trout and the Lingcod for the first time. Delicious. Calamari was on point as was my MIL’s shrimp scampi. Oh and it’s peach season so the peach cheesecake was decadent.

Rashmi Ray A Hidden Gem for New Year’s Day Dinner I’m honestly surprised this spot didnt pop up in my initial searches! We ended up here on a recommendation for a New Year’s Day family dinner, and it turned out to be a fantastic find. The atmosphere is spot on—the music is soft enough for easy family conversation but still maintains a great vibe. Drinks & Starters We started with the Whiskey Colada, which was light and refreshing. The roasted coconut rim provided a unique, smoky distinction that really elevated the drink. For an appetizer, we tried the Crab Dip. While the dip itself was a bit mild for my personal taste, the pairing with thin-sliced, ultra-crispy bruschetta was a perfect textural match. The Standout Entrees The absolute highlight of the night was the Mad Hatcher’s Chicken. It was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy—but the real stars were the layers of flavor provided by the squash and the seasoned rice. It’s a very thoughtful, interesting dish. We also tried the Bouillabaisse, which is a "must-order" if you are a seafood lover. The broth was rich, and the flavors were incredibly deep and authentic. The Grand Finale We wrapped up the evening with the Key Lime Mousse. It was the perfect palate cleanser—light, airy, and just the right amount of tartness to end a rich meal.
