5 /5 Kristen Marshel: By far one of the best places in town. Brought my folks here, visiting from out of town. We were seated immediately. The place is small but the atmosphere was amazing. Currently decorated for Halloween. Our hostess, server was amazing. Very attentive. She answered any questions we had. We ordered our apps and main course. The presentation was spot on! The flavors amazing. All of us loved our meals. There is a small bar and they have live music sometimes. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Big John: Soil 705 !! Wow !! I was amazed at the quality of the food and service. Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable and helpful for someone who hasnt been exposed to a lot of this type of menu. My only regret is not taking more pics to share. The Food !! My goodness, the food. The flavors were on point for sure. If Im being picky, the beef was slightly overcooked in my dish, but the flavor was so good I didnt mind. The rice was mild, but oh, so good. My biggest surprise was the cucumber salad. I couldnt believe that something so simple as a cucumber could be elevated to that level. Absolutely amazing on the food and service for sure . The atmosphere I only give slight shade to, because at one point, the light went down to a really low level. I could hardly see my plate. But I think because the sun was so bright outside, it was hard to see in such low lighting inside. I believe if it was dark outside, then it would have seemed brighter inside. I guess I will have to go back later in the evening to see and get the cucumber salad and something new. Thank you, Soi 705, for the great experience and amazing food.

1 /5 Raeane: My family of four decided to try a new restaurant this past Sunday afternoon and came across Soi 705. Based on the reviews, I was expecting excellent food and friendly service. Unfortunately, the reality was disappointing. The service was lackluster, and our waitress, in particular was rude and dismissive. The atmosphere also felt more like a nightclub--dark and dirty. rather than a welcoming place for a casual meal. We ordered the baozi bunz, which turned out to be just one bun cut in half. While flavorful, $3.50 for essentially half a bun feels overpriced. I also tried their "pink drink," which was underwhelming at best. On the positive side, the food did take a bit of time to arrive, which suggests it was prepared to order and fresh. However, the overall experience fell short. The bill came to $140 for four people, and that was with two of us only having water. Between the steep prices, mediocre food and drinks, and poor service, I dont see myself returning. The rude service, in particular, sealed my decision. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
