Michele Crayton Salt Harvest, located inside the beautiful Populous Hotel in Seattle, was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. I had the ribeye steak with the onion ring tower, which was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and absolutely delicious. The King Salmon with Harvest Grits was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Truly amazing.
The oysters on the half shell were a standout as well—fresh, local oysters sourced right here in Seattle, which added an authentic Pacific Northwest touch to the experience.
The drink menu deserves special mention. Their wine selection highlights local Seattle wines along with excellent sparkling wine options, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal.
Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere truly sets this place apart. It’s phenomenal—relaxing and inviting, yet still very chic and stylish. The ambiance makes it perfect for a special night out or an elevated, comfortable dining experience.
Salt Harvest delivers exceptional food, thoughtfully curated drinks, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning.
