A Rodriguez What a lovely place. Loved all the shops! An amazing place to take your dog to run their heart’s content in the leash free zone. The view is beautiful.

Diana J Came in during the soft open. Loved trying the seasonal cocktails that Nicky created. I could drink way too many of the Cranberry St. Germains very easily! Seriously unexpected combo that is super delicious. We enjoyed the waffle fries, too. Right now the menu is limited but it will expand to include salads and more burgers, including a veggie burger in the near future. Good neighborhood vibes. Eventually they will also have live music to make use of the space more fully. Come check it out!

shaleena Phan I love their food! 10/10 they have really good gyros and greek salads I never liked dolmas until I had theirs but 90 percent of the time i get their loaded pork belly fries!!!!!! I actually rave about them all the time and my manager was like I went i tried one of each and your right the pork belly fries are amazing!!!! Gave some to my other coworkers they all loved them!!!!

Michele Crayton Salt Harvest, located inside the beautiful Populous Hotel in Seattle, was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. I had the ribeye steak with the onion ring tower, which was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and absolutely delicious. The King Salmon with Harvest Grits was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Truly amazing. The oysters on the half shell were a standout as well—fresh, local oysters sourced right here in Seattle, which added an authentic Pacific Northwest touch to the experience. The drink menu deserves special mention. Their wine selection highlights local Seattle wines along with excellent sparkling wine options, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere truly sets this place apart. It’s phenomenal—relaxing and inviting, yet still very chic and stylish. The ambiance makes it perfect for a special night out or an elevated, comfortable dining experience. Salt Harvest delivers exceptional food, thoughtfully curated drinks, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning.

Jackson Lori A (Real Estate Broker) We ordered the red curry crispy duck and an order of Shrimp Pad Thai. It was quick and delicious. I also tried the Thai iced tea with coconut milk. It was good but a little too sweet for my taste. Pad Thai was seasoned perfectly and not too sweet like some and we did a 3 on spice and it was perfectly done-not too hot and not too mild!

Anahi Barquin We had such a great experience at this sushi spot! The hamachi and ahi were incredibly fresh and flavorful—melt-in-your-mouth quality. We also tried the matcha cookies, and the Snow White sake paired beautifully with everything. Excited to have a place like this in town—can’t wait to go back!
