2 /5 Zach Zimmerman: We booked on a third party site for a room to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids. Their website allows for the same room. When we arrive we are told that is a mistake and can’t sleep 5 in one room. Had to get a second room. Such a scam to advertise and offer services and not honor that when we arrive.

1 /5 Otis ONeal: The service took a dive this year. We usually stay here every year at thanksgiving. This year was a huge disappointment. They used to offer complimentary breakfast no more ! They use to have coffee machines in the room, no more! There is not complementary coffee even in the lobby! The casino smells horrible stale cigarette smoke which you have to walk through to get to the restaurant and when the doors open the stink permeates the restaurant. The hotel is old , they put up new wall paper in the halls but still have step in tubs with shower curtains. There are other hotels in this area that still offer complimentary breakfast and more modern facilities. We will not be staying here anymore Staff was nice but whoever took over management is trying to make as much profit as possible at the customers expense. You can do much better elsewhere!

3 /5 Michele Urban: The hotel is nice, offering standard rooms and amenities. Our room was on the 4th floor. There wasn’t a strong smoke smell, but there was a slight mustiness—tolerable, but noticeable. The pool is small, with a deep end of only 4.5 feet, but the hot tub is enjoyable, and there is a shower in the pool area. There is one restaurant with good food, though the entrance is not very obvious, which can be confusing. The most disappointing aspect was the casino. The slots are cashless, so I couldn’t just put money into a machine to play. When my money got stuck, I had to find an attendant, who seemed annoyed. I learned you need a player’s card to gamble, but this wasn’t explained at check-in, and there are no signs on the machines. I also had to ask how to get a card, which again received an annoyed response, leading me to leave without gambling further. Overall, the hotel has nice rooms and amenities, but the casino experience and unclear signage make it frustrating if you plan to gamble.

3 /5 John Chiatovich: The hotel and the accommodations were great. What you would typically expect from a small hotel and casino. My main reason for only giving 3 stars is the casino. Its a very small casino, which is fine. The real issue lies with the cash out system. You have to have a players card in order to cash out the machine. Then you have to take your players card to the cage to get paid. At most there are 2 cage attendants, but typically only one. Its a system that Ive never seen in use and it was quite a hassle. Needless to say we did not do much gambling. Most likely we will not be visiting this casino in the future.
