Clifford Ehrlich My wife and I had an amazing dinner at BL Brasserie this evening. On our last night in Paso Robles, we were looking for something light and delicious. We were not disappointed! The smoked salmon appetizer with crème fraîche was fantastic! Top notch smoked salmon! We also loved the warm potato and goat cheese salad. The pasta dish had amazingly fresh tomatoes and perfectly done pasta. Macarons for dessert were perfect and the wine list was great. Our waiter was wonderful, and our water glasses were constantly refilled. I wish I could give BL Brasserie 6 stars! We will definitely be back!!

Casey Purer Picked up my husband and headed straight to Bestia for our late reservation, and the night did not disappoint. They offer valet, but we lucked out and found street parking right in front — already a win in LA. From the moment we sat down, our server was warm, attentive, and paced the meal perfectly. Service truly elevated the whole experience. Drinks • Riesling – crisp, clean, and paired well with seafood. • Seven Faces – a passion-fruit-forward pisco cocktail. Bright, tropical, and so easy to sip. Apps • Bone Marrow – rich, buttery, and a great start. • Scallops – absolutely incredible. Perfectly seared and full of flavor. One of our favorites of the night. Mains • Lobster Squid Ink Spaghetti – good, but probably the least memorable compared to the rest of the meal. • Branzino – standout entrée. Perfectly cooked, beautifully deboned, and just delicious. We skipped dessert since our reservation was at 9pm, but honestly, the savory courses alone made the visit worth it. We can see exactly why Bestia is one of the top-rated spots in LA — the quality, flavors, and service all live up to the hype. We’ll definitely be back to try more!

D GREEN The food was amazing ! Fresh and made properly. Aubrie was an amazing server and provided 5 star service ! She was knowledgeable patient and friendly her customer service was excellent! The vibe was great because of her ! We ate in the "lounge" area just to try something different and I think I prefer this area. She never let our cups get empty !! Great date night !!! Thanks Aubrie

Nayeli Stayed two days in the hotel and had several meals here. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of all meals. The servers where all friendly and helpful. The food was always amazing.

Sam Gipson Always so consistent. Been here a lot and Never had any bad food or drinks. Great service every time! Killer food. Amazing atmosphere. Best spot in town, no question! I will be coming back for as long as they are around. Bravo!
