Traxx Restaurant - Los Angeles

Dan VanGent This was the perfect place to have dinner while we were waiting for our train. The location inside Union Station is iconic. The service was very good and the food was excellent. I highly recommend the chicken panini. It was perfectly done, the chicken was tender, and the flavoring was very savory. The side salad with a light dressing was the perfect fresh accompaniment. The prices were surprisingly reasonable for a nice restaurant with most items well below $20. We will be back!

Ana Salt We went for a Christmas Eve Dinner. It was full. Everything was really great! We had Cesar salad, oysters, seafood spaghetti, pork ribs, Marry Mimosa & Amaretto sour - everything was just perfect.

Vanessa Rodriguez Wonderful. Food was yummy and the service was second to none. Sat down and literally immediately bread, water, complimentary starter n waitress was giving us the specials rundown. Requested the pastry chefs recommendation for dessert and... well... see the pictures, best part of the night!

The Mustard Seed - Davis

Valerie Peterson We went to The Mustard Seed for my daughters graduation from UC Davis. From the start, the staff was amazing. They brought us wine on the front patio as we took family pictures. They paired glasses of wine with each of our meals. They even laughed as we did the "great dessert" trade around the table. Everyone loved their food, and we all tried each others food with the same joy. The ambiance, food, and staff were exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for a perfect evening.

Gorland G. We had a great time here. The service was superb, and the food was excellent. We liked the sourdough with cultured butter/local olive oil/bacon-date jam. The crispy potato skin chips that came with the burger were delicious and creative — absolutely one of a kind! I also enjoyed the mussels; this was the only place I’ve been to where they removed the beards (the hairy part) from the mussels before cooking. The only thing I would point out is that the portions for the mussels dish and the pasta dish were really small — more like appetizer size instead of entrée size. Keep that in mind when you order. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

Nate Crawford We got lucky and had a privacy booth. Made our meal somewhat intimate and I think that added to the ambiance. We started with the candied walnut salad. Definitely recommend it. Perfect balance of sweet and balsamic on a bed of greens. From there we had the stuffed salmon and ribeye! Both were outstanding, but the steak was top 5 ever for me. So full of flavor and cooked perfectly to my desired medium-plus temperature. Of course we saved room for dessert. We did the crème brûlée and followed up with the chocolate box. Never had anything like that before…. Absolutely delectable and could be shared by 4 so consider yourselves warned. Will for sure be back!
