Katrinka Green Our best Italian restaurant experience! Live entertainment, freshly made pasta, and wonderful service. Dawn was our server and was a sweetheart. Crab cakes were delicious. Lasagna was to die for… highly recommend x 100!!

Joshua Scott Just passin through town like an ollllllld cowboy and thought Id stop for a burger. They had a song from the Road House (1989) soundtrack playing on the radio and the cast of Hannah Montana on the wall, making $8 for a single cheese burger somehow reasonable. Jimmy Stewart watched me chew but Billy Ray watched me swallow ;) that joke was in bad taste but the meat in my mouth sure wasnt.

Jonathan Lee Oh G Burger is a cozy place tucked on A Street in Hayward. With a wide seating area and bright, red, white and blue walls, it brings a more retro atmosphere, helped by the selection of 80s, 90s and 00s music. Aesthetically, its somewhere between an old-school diner and a cafeteria, and I greatly appreciate that. During my visit, the owner made sure to meet my needs in a timely and respectful manner. Ice for my drink was available on request, as well as water (and water cups). I noted that the owner was also very close with his regulars, but also willing to give a customer space if he felt that they wanted to be alone. It seems that management is in good hands. On this first visit, I ordered the Hayward Burger combo. To be honest, I didnt take a closer look at the menu and just picked on the spot - almost none of the ingredients in the burger itself were anything I would have normally had. Based on its individual ingredients, I should have hated what I ordered... but I didnt! The combination of flavors made what would have been an unpleasant experience in lesser hands, a pleasantly surprising one. Even if I dont know whether or not I will order another Hayward Burger, its certainly changed my opinion on bell peppers for the future. For that, I have to give a 5 star rating for the food - at any other place, I think I would have hated it. Ill definitely be coming back in the future!

Jaime DUrso Roy I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. I had a fantastic dining experience here with my husband this past week. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the service was fantastic! Everyone from the host to our server to the food runner were pleasant and knowledgeable. We ordered two cocktails from their specialty menu that were delicious and had the empanada trio, the scallops, and potatoes. All were wonderful and I would order them again. Especially the scallops, they were amazing! Highly recommend this for a date night spot or a fun dinner place. Would love to see these owners open up more businesses in the area!

Yun Chen So happy they’ve opened in Goleta! Highly recommend the rosemary olive focaccia :) We’ve tried several of their breads and pastries, they are all delicious! I also appreciate their veggie sandwich — perhaps the greenest and most flavorful veggie sandwich I’ve ever had.

Aggy Hooks Loved this place. My husband enjoyed the freshwater eel and the sashimi 7 peice. He normally never eats salmon but he said he enjoyed it this time. I had a Philly roll. This was my first time trying it with onions and capers. I enjoyed it. The second roll i cant remember the name but it was a roll i was suggested to try because its one of their more popular ones. It was great!! I enjoyed the restaurant. They have a bar with plenty choices. No mixed drinks, just shots, maybe it will change. Definitely my new go-to.
