Michelle Traynham We usually love getting food from here but tonight was terrible. Placed and online order for pickup. Walked in 20 minutes later to a lobby with 12 people waiting & no one at the register. Waited 45 minutes & was never acknowledged by anyone. When someone finally came up front to hand out some orders they only read our names & gave food. Never addressed the room to at least explain the wait. Others came in & left while people that Placed orders online Waited behind me, also being ignored. This post is simply to complain about the poor customer service. I understand they were busy & probably understaffed; but it is very easy to simply announce to the room that they are running behind. And maybe check the ready cabinet & se if anyone is there for food that was waiting instead of only calling out new orders. My food sat for over an hr before they finally spoke to me & gave me my waiting food.

Gary Fedyschyn Great place for a casual meal. I had the California burrito and my brother had their Texanas Fajitas. It was more food than we could eat at one sitting.

Clarence Jordan We havent had a bad meal yet. Everything is hot, fresh and delicious! We go at least twice a month. Very reasonable prices. Bring your appetite!

PandaMonk 1215 We’ve been getting Chinese here for years! At least once a month we will indulge. The food is consistently good, made quickly, and the order has always been correct. The service is fast and kind, too. I can’t say much about the inside because we always get our food to go. We plan on eating here for many more years to come!

Doc Campbell First order. Thin crust sausage pepperoni. Very good! Were from Chicago where pizza reigns. Weve been hard pressed to find decent pizza down here. A couple places in Savannah, 1 in Pooler and now Bambinos

Angela Shanley I am extremely picky when it comes to flatbreads and the Tap Room Shrooms and the Peachy Pig was AMAZING! I will never go anywhere else for a flatbread again. Spoke with the owner and let him know the crust was even cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back again

Mike Ryan I was a first time customer yesterday. Cheesesteak is very tasty! Not dry at all, and bread was very fresh and soft. Im not usually a fan of mushrooms, but they were really good. It also had onions, green peppers, and fine cut lettuce. The lettuce at the bottom had oil and vinegar, which was a really nice touch. I asked for wheat. got white (not a big deal, it was probably better anyways). If you tell them you are dining in, they put your sandwich on a paper plate instead of wrapping it. If you are planning on taking half of a whole/large sub with you, tell them you want it to go. I will be back again! Be sure to ask for a punch card if you plan on returning. 10 punches= a free sub.

Amy Kessler Place is fantastic!!!! My family and I always love eating here. The service is excellent and food is always perfect. Our server was fantastic, friendly, helpful and super fast. She was hilarious and told great jokes which were so entertaining. The cooks are just as great. Their food is picture perfect and taste absolutely delicious. Every bite was so mouth watering and savory. Their wonderful personalities and impeccable customer service make such and inviting, comfortable, cozy, family friendly atmosphere. Whole place is clean and smells incredible. Everything is well organized and terrific.

William Absolutely disgusting experience. I found multiple hairs in my food, not just one, and that alone is enough to never come back. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, the managers were extremely rude and dismissive, acting like it wasn’t a big deal at all. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. Also workers were just sitting around in the lobby doing nothing. Fast food is one thing, but basic cleanliness and respect should be the bare minimum. This location completely failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.
