Courtney Hadley Great crawfish and great service! We used Tech Drive Crawfish for our resident event for the second year. So many residents said how great and spicy the crawfish was!

Amber McDuff Ive dealt with one of the owners and some of the employees before when I changed their oil and they were nice enough but my husband works for the utility department and because of how quick they got the power restored several weeks ago after a storm, they were given a sampler crawfish plate thing. I was very impressed, you know its good crawfish when their leftover and reheated crawfish (albeit properly and in boiling water very briefly) is better than other restaurants freshly made crawfish. Tonight, I forgot to take meat out to thaw so he went to town for food. I wanted crawfish but he doesnt like them. Nonetheless, he decided on Bayou Cajun Crawfish because of how they treated him several weeks ago when he was doing his job. According to the employees, they have most of the branches represented there with employees but they were more than happy to give my husband a Military Discount and were super friendly. Some restaurants make honoring discounts seem like a chore so we really appreciated that.

Janet Walters My husband and I found ourselves in Many on a Friday night and stopped in for an impromptu dinner. We knew it was going to be good when we were greeted by the delicious scent of the wood fire oven (we were hoping for a wood fire grill also but no, just the oven). We started with the Marsala fries, which were very good (kind of reminded us of poutine). We both had the ribeye, which was seasoned and chargrilled perfectly, and also exceptionally tender. The Brussels sprouts were very good and I loved the Balsamic glaze, but they were a little undercooked for my personal preference (I prefer them more tender). However, the star of the show was the gnocchi. Neither of us have ever had gnocchi prepared this way. They were slightly toasted on the outside and fluffy on the inside, like little garlicky pillows of deliciousness. Each meal also came with two yummy garlic bread sticks that are baked in the wood fire pizza oven. Our server Leona was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and casual. We will definitely return when we’re back in the area!

Danny Spann I had the Waverly burger , seasoned fries & drink 9.99 with tax it was 10.81 it was all I could do to finish the burger it was a half pound patty and plenty of fries and I think she filled my DR Pepper 3 times . Can’t get this quality & service at a fast food joint!!! If you live in the area they are looking to hire a cook and servers and you would have a good cook and server training you. I will definitely be back.
