Asahi Sushi - (Near Shelby Township, MI)

5 /5 Amanda Balcazar: This was FANTASTIC! It’s the 2nd time we’ve ordered sushi from Asahi. Both times everything was absolutely delicious! They are very friendly…both on the phone, and in-person, I cannot recommend enough! We also got the fried rice and spring rolls for my daughter. She loved it!

5 /5 Star Danyal: My friends and I were very excited to try this location since we are fans of the other location in Clinton Township. First off, the entire restaurant was very clean and spacious. I loved the aesthetic and decorations all around the place. The atmosphere itself was refreshing. I enjoyed it very much. The service was also great. All of the staff members treated us with respect and kindness. We felt welcomed and cared for during our meal. The food was very delicious. I am glad that it tasted just as good as the other location’s rolls. We ordered some of the tempura rolls, the Pink Lady roll, the Cajun Volcano, and the Livingston. They all tasted so, so good. My favorite is the Livingston roll. The Cajun Volcano roll is also very spicy, but if you can handle the spice, then you will be fine. Overall, we will be returning. The food and atmosphere are to die for!

5 /5 Alexander Apess: Best place for Sushi. We used to live in Clinton Twp and frequented the Canal and Garfield location. We are in Rochester now and were so excited when this location opened. By far the best sushi around. The Awesome roll is truly AWESOME. The rainbow rolls are phenomenal. Really can’t go wrong with anything you order. The staff is so professional and kind. Try this amazing restaurant out. You will be very pleased.

5 /5 Patrick Poullath: Hands down one of the best sushi spots I’ve been to. The quality of the fish was top-notch—super fresh, great flavor, and the presentation was next level. But what really stood out was the staff. The owners are incredibly friendly and treated us like longtime friends, not just customers. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the atmosphere so right. Definitely coming back soon! Thank you Won Hee!
