5 /5 Thomas: Mizu Hibachi and Sushi is hands down my absolute favorite hibachi restaurant in Rockland County! Ive been a loyal customer for years, and its easily the best in the area. Since the new management took over, the place has undergone tremendous improvements. Johan, our hibachi chef, was amazing! He cooked everything to perfection and accommodated all our special requests. The food here is absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor in every bite. They offer a wide variety of sushi platters and rolls, and I highly recommend trying them out. Not only do they have great lunch and dinner specials, but the portion sizes are well worth the price! The service provided by the staff is always fantastic. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The restaurant itself is always clean, and the atmosphere is truly one of a kind. I can confidently say that Ill continue coming back to Mizu Hibachi and Sushi for years to come. Its a gem that should not be missed!
