kendra “Kenny” Hands down, this was the best meal we had in NYC, and we just happened to stumble across it. I’m so glad we did—especially after eating at several “recommended” places that were honestly disappointing. This spot completely blew us away. The bartender was incredible, and you could tell he took real pride in his craft cocktails—he even came over to our table to make sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure we had an amazing experience. Choosing from the menu was tough because everything looked so good. We ended up ordering the soup dumplings, bacon claypot rice, sweet and sour pork (perfectly breaded), green beans (my personal favorite—and my husband even ate them, which is rare!), and the kung pao chicken, which was absolutely to die for. The lychee martini was fantastic, and the old fashioned was one of the best we had during our entire trip. I would fly back to NYC just to eat here again. Absolutely phenomenal.

calvin yong First visit to The Modern, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was refined and beautifully executed, the service was attentive and polished, and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon—elegant yet warm, sophisticated without being stiff. A special thank you to Chef Yoshua, who hosted us so graciously and made the evening truly memorable. The kitchen tour was a fantastic touch—eye-opening, inspiring, and honestly
wow. Thoughtful hospitality, excellent cuisine, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. A honeymoon dinner done right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Megha Bajaj Rampoldi has become one of those rare New York restaurants I return to again and again—and after more than four visits, it’s firmly earned its place as one of my favorites in the city. From the moment you step inside, the ambience feels effortlessly elevated: refined, intimate, and unmistakably upscale without ever feeling stiff or pretentious. The service is consistently exceptional—warm, attentive, and polished in a way that makes every visit feel special and personal. It’s the kind of hospitality that enhances the experience rather than interrupts it, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine care. The food is, quite simply, delightful. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor, making it clear that quality and detail are at the heart of Rampoldi’s kitchen. Whether it’s a first visit or a repeat one, the experience never loses its charm. Rampoldi isn’t just a great restaurant—it’s a dependable favorite, ideal for celebrating, impressing, or simply indulging in a truly refined dining experience. In a city overflowing with options, that level of consistency and elegance is what sets it apart. Shoutout to Jose and Milena who served us tonight!!

Sarah Sexton Had a wonderful evening with fantastic food and service (thanks Billy and Hannah)! We all had steaks: Waygu Ribeye, Ribeye and the Bone In Strip. We had 3 sides between us: mushrooms, fries and cauliflower gratin. The steaks were all beautifully cooked to our liking and sides were delicious. Desserts were sorbet, cheesecake and chocolate bomb (which is enormous and could easily serve 2!). A great evening.

Indian Accent - New York

Alexandra Bissett Overall a great fine dining experience at Indian Accent. The stand out dishes were the amuse bouche starter of cheese naan and warm pumpkin shot, wagyu pathar kebab on marrow bone with garlic, the restaurant specialty ghee roast lamb with roomali roti pancakes, and the doda barfi treacle tart. The flavors and execution was wonderful. I found the lamb dahi vada a bit too sweet for my taste and the lamb itself was lost. And while I did enjoy the black dairy dal naan and black garlic raita, it too hit a sweet note; I wish it was more savory. The restaurant ambience is high end and refined. And the service was great.
