Kelli Novotny Rocco’s in New City is one of those places that makes you feel right at home the second you walk in. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The food is so good. I’ve tried a bunch of things on the menu, but I keep coming back to the chicken Caesar salad. It’s hands-down the best around - perfectly grilled chicken, crisp romaine, just the right amount of dressing, and super fresh every time. Rocco’s never disappoints. It’s a local gem!

Christine Ucker Met a friend here for dinner for the first time and it did not disappoint. Another friend had highly recommended the hot honey pizza and we also ordered the prosciutto & burratta pizza. They were amazing! Highly recommend! The wine list is also extensive. For dessert I had the pistachio cake & my friend had the cannoli… the perfect sweet but light end to the meal. The service was friendly, and I really liked that even though the place was packed, the acoustics were such that it wasn’t noisy or echoey like some places; it provided a warm and cozy atmosphere to enjoy a great meal! Will definitely be back.

M Daws ***** THIS PLACE IS AMAZING ***** From the owner to the chef, floor staff, bar staff and the food EVERYTHING is that of a great restaurant. Ive eaten here probably 15 times in an 8 week period during my stay. Im a seasoned traveller, and have eaten in many places, I would rate this as one of my favourites. The menu is imaginative, tasty, greay portion size, good looking and I feel is worth every dollar! The staff there are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the food, and boy does the food taste good. Every dish I had was amazing and those that I didnt have and seen being served, looked just as good. If you are in New City or even New York, this has to be on the cards, if you are a foodie or just want a decent resturant to go to.

Johnny Overmind Very good food a little bit pricey but by all means very worth it. Great place to treat yourself when you need an uplifting. Staff are very knowledgeable about the food they serve and the owner has a very caring and motherly personality that is to die for. I love this place

The food was good, and this was actually our second time here—it lived up to our first experience. We would definitely come back!

Jessica Rios My husband and a few friends of ours happened to be visiting the area from NYC, and we were elated to find this place! It has it all. A comfortable atmosphere, fantastic and attentive service, and super solid pub menu. Loved the fish and chips (rightfully and properly served with malt vinegar!), shepherds pie, and chicken pot pie. We also started with cups of the New England clam chowder - which was nice and hearty. Whenever we are in rockland county again - we’ll be back.

Eddie M I walked into Sazon y Pilon looking for a place where they make good authentic spanish food. I was automatically greeted by Damelys. Her customer service and her attention to detail as host went above and beyond. She was very attentative not just to me and my guests but with all other patrons as well. Then I met Milly, as she was greeting all the other patrons. Little did I realize that she was the owner. Who takes the time to host and greet everyone!!!!! Every patron chose there song, where the music was excellent and inviting to the atmosphere. The food was excellent!!!! Service was excellent!!!! Ryan Wilson Leonardo’s Deli is hands down one of the best spots I’ve ever been to. The food is absolutely incredible—easily a 10/10. Every bite of my sandwich was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and the kind of quality you can only get from people who truly care about what they serve. The bread was perfect, the meats were top-tier, and the portions were generous without being over the top. You can tell this place has a loyal following, and now I see why. If you’re in Rockland County and looking for a good sandwich—scratch that, a great sandwich—Leonardo’s is the place to go. The staff is friendly, the vibe is authentic, and everything about the experience makes you want to come back. I can’t wait to try more of the menu. Easily one of my new go-to lunch spots.

Trish Berruet WOW! Incredible food. The meatballs were perfect and the sauce is exceptional. We really enjoyed the sautéed broccoli, prepared with caramelized garlic. The slices were delicious and enormous with an unusually generous amount of toppings. We enjoyed everything so much we asked them to cater an upcoming party. Super nice, warm and welcoming staff too!

Karyn Reck First time ordering but always hearing great things! Ordered the grilled chicken gyros, the produce was fresh, chicken delish, and the perfect amount for 4-5 people for a full tray! Excellent customer service as well! Definitely will return!
