Douglas Williams I’ve never felt compelled to write a restaurant review—until our experience last night at Aman’s. It’s been a long time since dining out truly felt like a great value. Too often the food is just meh, and the service rarely justifies the expected gratuity. That all changed last night.
The food was outstanding, and the portion sizes were absolutely spot on. The service was worth every penny, and the ambience was just right. Our server, Gabbie, was a delight—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. As first-timers at an Indian restaurant, my wife and I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every one without hesitation. We later learned she’s a local high school student, which made her professionalism and work ethic even more impressive. Her parents should be very proud, and the management has a young employee who represents the restaurant exceptionally well.
Even the restrooms were impeccably clean. I honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about—other than wishing I lived closer so I could dine at Aman’s more often.
