Alisha Yanez It is extremely difficult to get sat in the section with the only guy ( very tall) but anytime we have gone, we would rather sit in Ashleys section. He gets our food out as quick as he can and keeps our drinks full. Busy Saturday morning 1/3/2025 but whilst in the past weve had other servers and a less than outstanding visit and empty drinks ,we prefer him over all of the other waitresses and he always gives his full attention to his tables.

Summer France Surprising spot! Havent tried the chinese food yet, but if its as good as the quesabirrias, this will be a new stop. I will update with the chinese review, in the meantime, service was quick and personable, the truck is clean and the tacos are EXCELLENTE! UPDATE: the chinese is indeed quite good, very fresh and well portioned. Better than the restaurants in Mt. Pleasant.

Fique Feliz Absolutely hands down the best brisket that my wife and I have eaten in East Texas. We have eaten brisket in Jefferson, Longview, Tyler, Texarkana, and surrounding other smalle cities. From the time we walked in we were welcomed and shown where to go and what to do. the employees were extremely nice and courteous as we went through the line. We also got to meet one of the owners and he showed his appreciation for us coming out to eat at their place. the brisket was tender, moist, and exquisite. The best flavor we have experienced at a restaurant. I cant believe we have been missing out on this place for the past four years. Dont miss out today, go and check them out, it will be worth your drive and money. Mark

April Kirkland Horrible service! I was told to pull up for three chicken strips, which I understand they have to cook no issues there. I pulled up past the trashcan where they told me to and then they asked me to pull up even further because I was blocking the line. I pulled up to the edge of the curb, and they told me I needed to pull up even further because the person behind me couldn’t get out. If I pulled up further, I’d be creating my own parking spot. When I told them, I can’t move up anymore she’d have to back up and go around me or some thing they told me I needed to calm down because I was making a scene. Get over yourself.

Courtney Stanley First time there today and it was a great experience! The food was amazing the owner was so nice and we even got to play with a little cat that was so sweet. We will definitely be back!

The view alone is worth the visit — peaceful water, beautiful sunset, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay all evening. The food was outstanding — everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Carla Radcliffe Castaways is the new gem in Pittsburg, TX. Being gluten free I asked them if they could put salads on their new menu and they DID…and let me say it’s delicious. I have had it twice now once with grilled shrimp the other with grilled chicken and they did not disappoint. And not to mention our server Stephanie (on a packed night) was amazing!!! Great job!!
