Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi - Bellevue

Michaela Hampton My sister and I arrived for our reservation at Ascend and seated right away. We sat next to the window and the view was stunning!! It took my breath away!! The photos do not quite do it justice, however I have attached a few regardless. Our server Min treated us with the utmost respect as he recommended his favorites especially when we were debating between drinks! He is incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive. The entire team was as well! They ran like a well oiled machine and it was appreciated! I would recommend the oysters as they were delicious!! The steak was a bit tough and a bit dry, however the Sea Bass impressed. We loved our experience and will be back! TRY IT!!

Yenlik (Enlik) A Truly Unforgettable Dining Experience at the EL Gaucho! We celebrated our anniversary at EL Gaucho, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly host and immediately immersed in the warm atmosphere, complete with live pianist playing beautiful classical and contemporary music that set the tone for a wonderful evening. Ambiance & Service: The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and they even covered our table with rose petals, wrote a personalized card, and created a customized menu with our names to make our anniversary celebration memorable! Food: Everything we ordered was exquisite: - *Bone Marrow and Scallops*: The sauce from the scallops perfectly complemented the bone marrow. Our server kindly served it as an appetizer, even though it was listed as a side dish. - *Salad with Pistachios*: A delightful mix of flavors and textures. - *King Crab Legs*: Succulent and flavorful, with a delicious butter sauce. - *Flaming Steak*: Tender, juicy filet mignon with a fun presentation. - *Crème Brûlée*: Creamy, crunchy sugar coating, and perfectly balanced with fresh coffee and espresso. - *Sea Bass in Shoyu Sauce*: Melted in your mouth, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. *Cocktails:* The mixologist truly outdid themselves! The *Filthy Martini* with a Grey Goose and *Old Fashioned with Woodenville Bourbon* were among the best Ive ever had. We also enjoyed the *Sparkling Rosé Cremant Brute*, which paired perfectly with rich foods like bone marrow and oysters. Overall: El Gaucho exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff is amazing, and becoming a member is a must! If youre looking for a special occasion spot or just want to treat yourself, look no further. Well definitely be back!

Manoros Mongkalig The atmosphere is fun. There’s a wide variety of steaks to choose from, including lamb, beef, shrimp, and other options. Some of the dishes are a bit salty.

A. M. A. I can confidently say this is the best steakhouse we’ve been to in the U.S. The quality of the steaks was outstanding, and the grilled chicken was the best we’ve ever had. My kids absolutely loved it! The bone marrow was incredible, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance—especially if your party has more than four people—to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Update: We visited the restaurant again for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The menu offered great options, and William, our host, was once again very welcoming. Be sure to reserve a table in advance, as the restaurant tends to get busy.

S B Stopped by on a Wednesday upon opening at 1100am for lunch. Overall, although quite pricey, the service and food were both excellent. The 8 oz butcher Wagyu steak with shoestring fries was perfectly cooked medium-rare with a nice smokey flavor with fries that were crispy and tasty. The Chophouse Meatloaf was also excellent, tender and tasty served with tasty asparagus and delicious mashed potatoes. We shared a burnt cream for desert which was delicious and also perfectly cooked. Fortunately, our server brought to our attention the 20% service charge automatically included on the bill; however, we did elect to add an additional $10 tip which goes to the server alone. Although quite pricey, especially with the automatic 20% service charge, we will be back because the service and food were both excellent!
