Fay M We made a reservation, which I recommend during peak season. We had a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the soup and a beet salad. Both were excellent and made with very fresh ingredients. My husband had the salmon, grilled. He loved it. Prices are high in Mammoth, so this place is no different. But, the high quality food and service make it worth it.

Marie-Eve Castonguay Great service & amazing food! We got to try the prime rib & ribeye, both of which were perfectly cooked and quickly served. The blackberry pie was warm and delicious, with a really nice crust. Came here on a busy night day before Thanksgiving, strongly recommend getting a reservation. Staff was super friendly! Don’t miss out on this place!

Fedir Poliakov Ive visited this place tens of times, and it never disappoints. The food quality, service and atmosphere are always great. Their regular menu is already very good, but they always have some specials. Visited them on my summer trip, and enjoyed the views on a chill Friday evening.

Pauline Ploy Such a chill spot with a great atmosphere! The food was delicious. Especially the Philly cheesesteak with cheese sauce and the fries. The staff were friendly, gave great recommendations, and checked on us often. I’ll definitely come back again to try more dishes next time!

I. M. We chose Austria Hof for the location: walking distance to the ski resort. It was a nice surprise: the staff is wonderful, the rooms are cosy and very clean. They offer free coffee and cake in the morning. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the same location. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Tom Levin Been meaning to go here for a long time (we usually eat at El Charro), and finally did today, Being a Tuesday, we got the taco special (3 tacos, chips, and a drink). I got pollo, carne asada, and carnitas. They were all delicious! They were also very filling. I only finished my meal because it was so tasty as I was full after the 2nd taco. Highly recommended.

Leh Madeline (Maddie) Had the most incredible beyond burger here post-backpacking trip!! It had fried onions and mushrooms on it, and the fries were perfection. Would highly recommend for a meal after a big adventure! And loved the outdoor seating options, too.

liyan rison’s is hands down the best restaurant in Mammoth Lakes! The food was absolutely superb — every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Araceli Loayza I had the #1 Rare Beef Pho and my mom had the chicken bowl, I believe it was the #4. You can smell the goodness just by walking in the restaurant. I ordered to Regular size and it was huge. I wasnt able to finish it. Service was great, kind, friendly and chill vibes. Would definitely return!

Judy Rivas It was Taco Tuesday so we ordered $5 tacos and $10 Margarita. We tried pork belly, sweet potato, shrimp, fish, carne asada, and spicy chicken tacos and I have to say the pork belly and spicy chicken were my favorite. All were tasty. The bartender gal even tasted drinks (with a finger on a straw holding some of the drink) before serving. Very friendly staff. The vibe and music were enjoyable. HH is M-Th 2-4 and they offer a few drinks and food items. Looking forward to trying some other things on their menu. Came backs 2nd time!

Jared Gianquinto We love this spot! Super cozy, amazing view of the valley and excellent food. I never thought to order oysters in a remote place like Mammoth but at the Tavern, theyre excellent! Super fresh, excellent garnishes. And their French onion soup is amazing. Try to get a seat near the windows around sunset if you can - the view is unreal.

Dee Williams Service was amazing. Great selection of brews. Vibe was immaculate. Cute brewery doggo and cool merch. If I were a local this would be my SPOT! Will definitely be our go to when we come back! Chorizo nachos are also pretty delightful! Do recommend!

lisa spencer Best restaurant in Mammoth. Love that they immediately ask if you need a vegetarian menu. Only one vegan entree but it’s absolutely delicious. They also have a vegan dessert. This spot is always a must while we’re in Mammoth.
