As I was deciding what to order the staff explained thoroughly what comes in the bowls suggested substitutes for various items I didn’t like, they explained what the different sauces were and how to do the bowls. Over all a great experience and great food

4 /5 D: The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The service was fast. The food was fresh and my bowl was huge. It was fresher than Fresh Kitchen and the serving was bigger and you had lots more options. I created my own bowl. I tried their smoothie it was the sunrise one. It wasn’t that good. I couldn’t taste none of the strawberries or any of the fruit, it was really bitter and not sweet at all. Maybe bc I’m use to only getting my smoothies from Tropical Smoothie. So I will pass on the smoothies BUT food was excellent .

5 /5 So C: Was looking for a healthy food place in Lakeland and came across this gem. The foods delicious! Can attest to the salmon and chicken bowls and chicken wraps. Protein smoothies are good too. Def recommend 10/10. Staff are kind too :)

5 /5 baby d: If you’re vegetarian or vegan, this place is a dream. Everything is insanely fresh, the portions are huge, and the customer service is genuinely wonderful. The whole atmosphere is exactly what you want — clean, positive, chill, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The ordering experience is so easy. There’s a giant menu when you walk in, and then big touchscreen LCD menus that honestly feel like the food court screens at IKEA. Every restaurant should switch to this — save paper, save plastic, and make life easier for everyone. I built my own bowl and grabbed the kale + Fuji apple smoothie. It’s not a thick smoothie — more like something between a juice and an icy — but still really refreshing and really good. The bowls come in to-go boxes automatically, so you just ask for a lid if you need one. Super convenient. I highly recommend this spot. I don’t eat out much, but I’d definitely go back. They even have an app now with $5 off your first order, which I’ll definitely be using because the food was that delicious. As someone who has been vegetarian my whole life and fully vegan since early 2025, I can honestly say this place hit every single mark. Not one bad thing to say. It’s that good.

5 /5 aleisha hicks: I crave their food at times and just absolutely love the quality and delivery of the food. I always feel super refreshed and love sitting there at their outdoor seating. I am also always served with a smile! Give it a try! Cali bowl is probably my favorite. Fresh food, 10/10.
