Phillip Pryor For a fun time on a Friday or Saturday night the Velvet Lounge is a great place. The staff here is awesome and most can sing very well. The best is just listening and watching people do karaoke. Advice here is get there early to get a seat or reserve or a table. It gets packed.

Julie Atkins Wow! I have no idea why this gem of a restaurant doesn’t have more stars. The atmosphere is a beautifully designed space. I love that the bar is not the center of everything. The staff almost made me forget I was still in Midland. They all went above and beyond with making sure our experience was one we wont forget. Lastly, the food and cocktails we ordered were perfectly seasoned and the perfect portion. Not too much that we were neither wasteful or uncomfortable because we had to have that last bite. However, every bite was full of flavor and was so delicious. I ordered the seafood enchiladas (menu calls it the proper name) They were incredible and the black beans and rice were also very good. My husband had a pork dish which he could not stop expressing how deliciously tender his meal was. Too many eateries over salt, add MSG type additives or serve ridiculously huge amounts. Providencia is not the typical Midland fare. We will be back.

Kelly Smith Stopped by for a quick snack!! Estradas did not disappoint!! We shared an order of Beef Fajita Nachos!! OMG, the flavor of the High River Angus is a must try! Home made salsa & chips hit the spot. Well definitely be back! Chips were a bit stale, but that can be fixed!!

Winkley Cindy (Cindy Sue) Comfy cozy atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The vegan menu has four options. Tacos, elote, fried cauliflower (with vegan ranch) were the three we sampled. The flavors are wonderful. Seasoned just delightfully. Best elote in town. Im not too big a fan of vegan "meat," but the tacos were really great. Seasoning was excellent, toppings outstanding, flavor wonderful and presentation an A+. My picky eater daughter dove in and began devouring before I could get pictures. Next time.

Jeffrey Decatur Service was fantastic. The flaming bacon appetizer was amazing. I’ve had it a number of places but never with flaming rosemary. Sooo good! The cocktails weren’t your run of the mill drinks. I had the filet and it was delicious and tender. Coming from NY I thought the prices were extremely reasonable. The fresh pastas were a nice and tasty surprise.
