Matthew Broder Cocktails, desserts and dessert cocktails were the highlights of our visit. The service was great, our waiter was a young man who had the polish and professionalism of an experienced server. The food in between our first round of drinks and our last was quite good. The portions were not huge but what was on the plate packed enough of a flavorful punch to leave you satisfied. The decor and layout of the restaurant was quite unique and interesting. Overall a really nice meal in a warm an inviting room.

2.Circles

Leslie Vosshall Delightful, award-winning bagel shop that is 1000x more than just a "bagel shop." Tepper is famous for small batch sourdough bagels, served with the highest-quality and often locally-sourced ingredients. The seasonal cream cheeses are delicious and creative, and the fish spread is bursting with thai chili and fresh herbs. Our favorite is the Circles Bagel, which features cream cheese, shiso leaf, cucumber, red onions, and the best chili crisp (be sure to add tomato if you celebrate tomato). The seasonal offerings including the most amazing B.L.T. and turkey sandwich are delicious. Lots of offerings for vegetarians, too. Tepper and his team are incredibly friendly and the bright, sunny space exudes happiness. Coffee beverages are served in cups made by the pottery artist who does the exuberant branding for Circles. Circles is special and going there weekly brings joy. A perfect pit stop for your Hudson visit, for visitors and locals.

4.The Wick Restaurant and Lobby bar

T M I stay at The Wick frequently, multiple times each month for work travel, and have received nothing but the highest level of guest/ customer service from the staff here at The Wick. Of note in particular is Maria. Maria always has a smile on her face and greets guests with a warm and inviting welcome. She is attentive, extremely hard working, and makes the BEST cocktails at the bar. She socializes with guests all while being prompt and efficient. Of note as well is Carly. Carly is kind and has always gone the extra mile to accommodate any requests I may have. Both Maria and Carly demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and greatly contribute to the success and high quality of this hotel. If I owned my own business, I would 5/5 want employees such as Maria and Carly on my team. The Wick is very clean, and has comfortable beds with up to date modern decor. They also allow dogs if traveling with a furry friend. Being away from home frequently isn’t easy but staying at The Wick has made it easier, especially thanks to Maria and Carly. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I highly recommend staying at The Wick if traveling to Hudson.

Nina Roberts I’ve had the pleasure of dining here more than once now and have found every dish and drink a complete DELIGHT of the senses!!!!! I think my favorite things they do are care of their staff and support the community with food love inclusion and $. More restaurants and businesses can absolutely operate this way and should, thank you LDO for leading by example. I’ll add that the prices are so reasonable given the evident skill love quality and creativity that have gone into the menu. Everything is delicious and different. Sharing many plates is encouraged and it’s definitely more fun! order the chef’s kiss if you wanna giggle. Liam gives amazing love advice (menu item). Good job everybody every time!

Chris Cho You know the drill. 4 BITES. Had the Lobster Roll at Oyster Bar. I think it’s the same place. 8.1 out of 10. Was famished after the parade and it hit the spot. Not overly mayo’d. Toast on point. Generous meat amount.

Bill Lozano A couple of friends have been here and recommended it to us. We met them for dinner in mid October. While they have outside tables it was way too cold to eat outdoors. We arrived 15 minutes early so decided to have a drink at the bar while waiting for our friends to arrive. My wife ordered a Espolon Blanco on the rocks with some limes and I ordered a Ranch Water. Once they arrived we moved from the bar to a table. While looking at the menu we ordered Guacamole. For dinner one friend and I had Taco Briera. My wife had Enchilada Trio with one cheese, one chicken, and vegetables. Our other friend had the combo poblano with pork. We also shared a picture of margarita with Espolon Tequila. Coyote Flaco is a cool little Mexican Restaurant with a great selection of tequila and delicious food.

Jennifer K. Saal A lovingly and thoughtfully renovated diner that serves food which feels both comfortable and expertly executed. The sherbet brought me back to being a kid in the best way. Don’t skip the Greek half chicken or the tuna melt. Or the Atlantic pie. The staff is 5 stars too!!

Ray Bolden Kitty’s is a charming little spot conveniently located right next to the Amtrak station in Hudson, which makes it a great stop whether youre coming into town or heading out. The location alone is a major plus. The shop offers a wide variety of items, ranging from pantry goods to drinks and baked treats. However, when it comes to fresh food options—especially in the morning—the menu is a bit limited. In fact, the only breakfast meal on offer is an egg and cheese sandwich. That said, it’s a solid one—well-made, satisfying, and flavorful. It also comes with the option of a hash brown on the side, which I definitely recommend. Crispy, well-seasoned, and just the right portion. I do believe that they are priced on the bit of the higher end. They also had a selection of baked goods on display. While I didn’t get the chance to try them, they looked fresh and genuinely tempting. As tasty as they look, I wasn’t willing to pay what I thought was an excessive price for baked goods that weren’t even coming from the bakery. Overall, Kitty’s is worth a visit, especially if youre looking for a quick, tasty bite before hopping on a train or exploring Hudson. Just don’t expect a full brunch menu—come for the quality, not the quantity.

Davis D. Janowski Enjoyed a great meal while visiting here from NYC where there is no shortage of Thai food. Isaan could hold its own against anything at home in Manhattan. The staff was great, friendly and helpful in picking from their many offerings. The fried fish was my favorite.

13.Bubbas Biscuit Bar

Address: 749 Columbia St, Hudson, NY 12534

sean stod First off, their staple, the biscuits are so delicious and buttery. Second, the quality is insane! Everything tastes so fresh and comes out fresh off the grill, which I’ll admit causes a bit of a wait, but it is so worth it. For being open just over 2 months, this place is incredible, I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for this place, and what the full menu looks like (yes, it’s that good during the soft-open!)
