Yael W Came here twice recently. Once for lunch and once to have a dinner party with friends. Both were wonderful experiences where the food was great. Probably some of the best branzino Ive had in a while and they debone it right in front of you. If you visit on Saturday nights they have live music with a talented singer who will do birthday shout outs. Seems like a special place with a very cool vibe. Ive been to Lisbon before and this place surely reminds me of that trip I remember fondly. Thank you Lisbon Cafe!

Enzo Chiaramonte I Love this Place! It truly brings me back to Italy ! Simone and staff are very hospitable. Welcome us always with a smile and always treat us well. But on to the real deal. The food here is fantastic. The pasta is always on point and cooked to perfection. The specials hit every time ! The pistachio pesto mortadella sandwich fantastic , the potato and leek ravioli amazing. Also I Highly recommend the spaghetti cacio e pepe and the fettuccine bolognese Is another delight ! Dessert and coffee Is a must also. The cannoli and the tiramisù outstanding. Everything is fresh and done to perfection. Also the lunch special prices cant be beat. Authentic fresh Italian pasta for 12 dollars is unbeatable!

Greg Trapani We have been dining at The Davenport Press for years and have always enjoyed their menu and the tremendous amount of daily specials they have. I recently had a retirement party there because we knew that we would have a great party with wonderful food and service. The party was for about 30 people, so we reserved one of the private rooms. The rooms and the entire establishment has a warm cozy feel to it. The party menu had many options for both food and beverages. We opted to have passed hors doeuvres which were abundant and delicious!! The passed trays were high quality things like meatballs; chicken wings and steak bits. There were plenty of waitstaff to assist the guests with their meals choices. We had four or five options on the menu for the entrees, including fish, sirloin, chicken and pasta. All the guests enjoyed the food immensely and even had leftovers to take home! The party package has a great option for dessert, either a huge dessert tray or cake. I have to thank the waitstaff and all involved in making this a very memorable party, I have everybody involved in the party really worked hard to make it enjoyable for all of the guests. Quite a reasonable price for their daily dining and I highly recommend having your private event here, it will be memorable. This establishment has been here for years, and the quality and friendliness are what make it successful.

Jennifer Meng Food and service here is impeccable. Fresh ingredients, artisanal snacks, and healthy options! We stay at the hospital often and so happy with this healthy option in the neighborhood. The ambiance is super adorable too-- perfect place to catch up with friends.

Cosmo Guerini The food here is absolutely delicious! Also, the portion sizes are excellent given the consistently high quality of the food and the surprisingly low price that you pay for that quality. Oh, and the service was excellent too! All of our glasses were served chilled, and the staff were extremely attentive and responsive despite the language barrier between us (I wish I spoke better Spanish and Portuguese!)

primo iglesias Real nice family style more restaurant than pizzeria (floor space sq ft). The big surprise is the food! OMG! I havent had Italian like this, what i mean is a really nice neighborhood restaurant that serves superb creatio ns at the most reasonable prices. I did say family style! A great value. The bread, HFS! Out of.this world. The veal parmigan, marinara penned, the ala vodka sauce. I need to go back and try the entire menu. Cant wait.

enzo chiaramonte A true local gem! This has been our go to spot for small get togethers or just a date night out. They always have fun events going on such as bingo and Santa coming during lunch time to give the kids some gifts. We just did the seafood catering trays 7 half trays for $ 350 and it was amazing ! Plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this place. The staff always goes above and beyond to match the quality of food

She had the four cheese ravioli with vodka sauce, and I had the pollo zingarella—both dishes were seasoned to perfection and tasted incredible. Even though it’s Italian cuisine, the food felt surprisingly light and fresh as we ate. We travel often and consider ourselves serious food critics, and this place is hands-down the best Italian food weve ever had. In fact, its now on our short list of the best meals we’ve enjoyed anywhere in the world! The service was equally impressive—very personable and attentive. We even had the chance to chat with the owner, who was incredibly friendly and shared some great tips on how to make a high-quality Marsala sauce at home. Highly, highly recommend coming here. I’ll be making trips to Long Island just to eat here again and try more of their menu!

C Murphy Being from queens, we don’t have good burger spots left. We came here for a doctor appointment and found this diamond in plain sight! The options are endless, the burgers are thick, the ingredients are fresh! The service is friendly and familiar to the area (something about personal friendly service is different). The price is good and absolutely worth it!!! The burgers were perfect, a little charcoal taste with a lot of character :). It is definitely worth the trip just for the burgers. Thank you for the excellent experience we’ll see you again soon.
